Shortages in qualified therapists and assistants have offered challenges to employers for decades. The direct and indirect costs associated with turnover can be enough to crack even the most hardened of therapy leaders. According to a recent article from the Wall Street Journal, “retention is the new recruitment”, something employers in all fields must recognize. The current course addresses the importance of hiring the right individuals to contribute to the team dynamic and to retain them through relationships, communication, and honesty.
Benefits to Watching:
- Develop practical methods for building a successful therapy team
- Build skills for mentoring individuals to contribute to team success
